Christine Gonzalez, CPA
As a tax partner, Christine specializes in serving privately held, middle market businesses and their owners on tax matters ranging from income tax planning, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, specialized transactions, and estate and family wealth planning. She has expertise in serving medical practices and real estate companies, as well as manufacturing companies, retail businesses, and professional services firms. Christine has a wide range of experience in various forms of organization, such as corporations, subchapter “S” corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and individuals.
Christine also has expertise in providing advisory, planning and compliance services to non-profit clients, including private foundations and public charities.
Christine is often sought out for speaking and authoring tax-related topics for businesses and civic organizations. She has demonstrated leadership within the firm as well, serving as a member of the tax personnel committee and marketing committee.Christine serves as the lead tax partner of the Shelton office.
Andrew Lattimer, CPA, MST
As Managing Partner of our Connecticut offices and a partner in our Tax Department, Andrew has experience with tax planning, research and advising clients in a variety of industries including auto dealerships, aerospace, manufacturing, hospitality, consumer products, real estate, construction, technology service providers and healthcare, as well as private equity funds. He specializes in federal and state tax returns for individuals, partnerships and privately held businesses.
Andrew also has significant experience with domestic and multinational companies, as well as S and C corporations. As a consultant, he performs cash flow and liquidation analysis and has experience in research and development credits, mergers, acquisitions and international taxes. Prior to joining blum, Andrew served as tax director at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
